who pays property taxes on a house flip?
who is responsible in paying property taxes on a house that you flip and maybe sell within 4 or 5 months.Husband and I really are thought of getting into it and are trying to get as much info as possible. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
you only pay taxes on a house until sell it.just the remaining taxes for only total months you leave there.
Property taxes aren’t what you have to worry about – it’s the capital gains you make on a flip.

Who ever owns the deed to the house.
Question the municipal government or property tax authority in jurisdiction in which property is located whether & how the property taxes can be prorated for period of ownership.
