What is the best property management software?
I manage 50 units and I want to be able to collect rent online. Has anyone tried http://www.trexglobal.com ? Seems pretty simple and nice just want to make sure I’m not missing something.

The trexglobal site was really nice, I’ve been using spreadsheets so it makes my life a lot simpler. They do have a free trial so you should check that out. They also have a standalone so your tenants can pay rent at http://www.trexglobal.com/pay-rent but I’m not sure that comes with a trial.
