What are the fees of property management companies when an individual wants to rent out their home?
I don’t know anything about it. So, can someone give me a small education on it, how it works and a ballpark fee/price? I have a friend that wants to rent out his home.
Generally the fee is 8%. Sometimes you will have to pay a placement fee of around $300.
Management fees are 8-10%.
usually it is 10%, that’s what I charge my client and it seems to be pretty much standard
Depends on what they do ,where you live, are you let them handle repairs when something gos incorrect , mowing yard ?
