What are the best sites to post my rental property for sale?
I’ve got a cash flowing rental property in Kansas City, KS that I want to sell. What are the best websites to post rental properties for sale?
List it with a realtor.
Since it’s a rental property, try posting it with your local real estate investment association. They may have a mailing list, an ad board, or publication, etc.
Other resources are craigslist.org, fijiji.com for free listing. You can try ebay.com for a small fee. Anything else needs to be local to you, meaning they need to do extensive marketing in your area to make it worth it.
List it with a Realtor. There are a ton of FSBO websites, but I don’t see any with a strong market share.

Contact a Realtor in your area.. ask for someone that deals with multifamily housing, and I am pretty sure that people will jump on it…
or
Find some other rental companies in your area and get in contact with them about them adding to their portfolio!
