I don't like California in general. Everything is overpriced and every city is overcrowded. Almaden Valley in San Jose is expensive comparing to the rest of San Jose and has the best schools, but you will never find condos in that price range. Don't buy an investment property somewhere you are not familiar with. I went from Almaden Valley in San Jose to Arizona a few months ago. I don’t like California in general. Everything is overpriced and each city is overcrowded.

Almaden Valley in San Jose is pricey comparing to the rest of San Jose and has the best schools, but you will never find condos in that price array.

Don’t buy an investment property somewhere you are not familiar with.
