What are the best neighborhoods in San Jose to buy a rental investment property?
I am vacant to buy a leasing property for investment (a Condo, in the array of $150,000 to $250,000). I am not familiar with San Jose area. May possibly any one tell me what are the best neighborhoods and/or which neighborhoods should I avoid in San Jose?
I went from Almaden Valley in San Jose to Arizona a few months ago. I don’t like California in general. Everything is overpriced and each city is overcrowded.
Almaden Valley in San Jose is pricey comparing to the rest of San Jose and has the best schools, but you will never find condos in that price array.
Don’t buy an investment property somewhere you are not familiar with.
