What are the benefits of hiring a property management company?
I may need to hire a PM Company to rent out my 2nd home. What are the repayment? Is it worth 8-10% of the rent to have someone take care of all the legal and screening and such? What does that 8% get me?
If a tenant is pissed, can they come after me or the Property Manager…?
