I am looking to start making my home a small more greener. As i live in a leasing property and can not make major changes to the home.So i am looking for energy saving tips.Just to start out with.

Here is the situation. I have one leasing property that is a triplex through a land contract in Columbus Ohio. I have had this property for about 6 months now. I am still learning the business of being a landlord so any advice is greatly appreciated. I am wanting to hold another property but I don’t have enough cash for a down payment on a loan through a bank. What are some options to hold another property?

It’s a dream of mine to flip a house. I don’t know anything near what I need to know in order to be successful. Where can I start to learn the necessary information so that I can be well-knowledgeable if and when I do it in the future?
