They require us to carry a homeowners policy with THEIR name on our policy for liability. This type of policy does not seem to be the norm and therefore is hard to find. Can anyone assist? My mother did it throughout different points in my childhood I know it was not a cake walk to get in the ideal position. But I was wandering if I could get some pointers.

Like a reputable licensing company that deals allot with people in Small property management.
And how to go about locating available positions for smaller properties.

My ultimate goal is to get a live in position with free rent. I have a certain amount of experience and concept of what the job requires. How ever I need a fresh take.
