Is there a way to find out who the landlord or the management is for a property next door?

The roof is diminishing in and I want to know who the landlord/property manager is for the house next door. How do I go about this?
Is there anything online?
Thanks!
The house is vacant

Town clerk or tax assessors office.

  • Business Mom:

visit your local court house – records dept or tax accessor.

    excellent luck :)

Call the local tax collector’s office and give them the property address and question for the name and address of the title-holder.

You may be able to find out by vacant online to your county government’s website or calling on the phone. If you are just trying to find out to make them fix it because it looks terrible I would recommend calling codes enforcement for your area. Then you can let them do the work to find out who owns it and make them fix it.

Not knowing you City and Disorder, I am unable to answer your online question.

    but:

Enter down the address of the building next door.

Go down to the county assessor or tax collector. This will tell the title-holder and their address.

Then taking it a step additional. Take some photos to your city health department or building department..

May be a lot of rodents making it unhealthy.

You should be looking for an title-holder – try your county registars office.
