If my husband forecloses on a rental property, will it affect my credit?

March 2nd, 2010 | Author: Admin

Hi. My husband might have no choice but to foreclose on a rental property. We live in a community property state (California). He purchased this property & incurred the liens against the property since before we were married. Will his foreclosure affect my credit?

It will only effect you if your name is on the property in forclosure
