If a property management company refuses to trim the trees in the parking lot of their apartments and sap?
falls all over your car, are they financially responsible?
Nope. Sap falls even if the trees are trimmed. Surely you dont expect them to cut trees down so you can park?
hard to answer…is there assigned parking? then maybe yes, because you have no option to avoid the sap…you should say the title-holder/manager in writing of the problem and if they fail to do anything, you have the option of small claims court, but be advised, this may possibly make your tenant/landlord link a acceptable one. You may possibly hold a car cover. Question other tenants what their feelings are about this, but i wouldn’t listen to just one self’s advice–get several opinions and choose the one that works best for you. Excellent luck!
