I want to start a property management company in California. What requirements or license do i need?

    very simple;
    a RE broker’s license.

    before that, however, though not
    required, you need a biz plan–in writing.

    I can help with both.

    You have to have a brokers license. Other states do not have this requirement, but most do if you are going to manage property you do not own.
