How to quickly and permanently remove Fleas from rental property?
I have a leasing property that is vacant and infested with fleas. I bombed days gone by with hartz fogger. I walked in today and was attacked by fleas. Why didnt the fogger work?? I need to rid the house of these pests so I can get the cleaners in and get it rented.

aeresol flea bombs, low-cost and very effective, unfilled at any drugstore or dept store like walmart. just be sure to place your food away and don’t come back until the instructions tell you it’s safe.
there are really some cans are bombs they sell them at family dollar. you place them in your house or spray them outside and your excellent to go. i just did that to my ancient house it worked fantastic!

You need to leave the property empty and closed up for 2 weeks straight. This will allow all the flees to die and unable to harvest/hatch more eggs. Make sure everything is closed so nothing can come in that the flees can attack.
If you want, bomb the property again, but don’t enter for a minimum of 2 weeks….that is what is required for the eggs/flees to die off.
You’ll need a flamethrower, some bug bombs, and frag grenades, a smoke grenade, and a schooner of lemonade.
First, throw in two bug bombs, then 1 frag, then 2 more bug bombs and 2 more frags, then you need to throw in the smoke grenade. Then, once all the grenades are in, walk around the outside of the house burning all the grass within a 15ft radius of the property, and don’t be worried to scorch the walls a lot. Then, get back about 100-200 feet and delight in the show even as drinking your lemonade.
Buy a flea spray intended to spray on animals and use it to spray all of the carpets, furniture, door jams, etcetera. I did this and it worked well. Also you may have not used enough foggers, I saw that you said “fogger” as in one. When bombing for bugs I always place one in each room and the hall.
Bomb again after spraying all carpeting with liquid pesticide. Otherwise…… Professional cleaners should know effective ways to get it done
I know you need time for it to work. Maybe you didn’t give it enough time or you didn’t use enough bombs. One bomb per room isn’t unreasonable in an empty house.
It will cost you money to get a pest service in. Buy Raid flea bombs and know you’re vacant to have to set one off in each room. Keep all the doors and windows closed per room. The Raid flea bombs ARE very effective, but, you have to do one per room as I’ve stated. Leave closet doors open in the rooms that have them, so the mist penetrates into them also.
