I bought a house ( closure is in process) I need to rent it out and I am looking for a good property management company in Houston.
What do these guys do ? Where do I find them?
I am working overseas and I cannot personally visit the property every other month. What should I do?

A property manager is a person or firm charged with operating a real estate property for a fee, when the owner is unable to personally attend to such details, or is not interested in doing so.
