To become a property manager, there is no degree or education requirements as you can get in the door with no experience and learn as you go.
If you're serious about making a career, I recommend getting a certificate in property management. By taking a few courses, you can become a Certified Professional Property Specialist (CPPS) or a Certified Professional Property Administrator (CPPA) from the Property Management Association.
Your other options is you can get a university degree, and a lot of schools offer this option online, thus making it easier for you. The advantage of this is that you can choose an area you can specialize in such as Community Association Manager, Lodging Manager, Investment Property Manager, etc.
Best of luck to you

If you’re honest about making a career, I recommend getting a certificate in property management. By taking a few courses, you can become a Certified Professional Property Specialist (CPPS) or a Certified Professional Property Official (CPPA) from the Property Management Association.
Your other options is you can get a university degree, and a lot of schools place forward this option online, thus making it simpler for you.
