Myself along with 2 friends and there wives are looking for a house to flip in the marshall, tx area. One friend is a contractor, the other is an electrition and myself your basic jack of all trades. I am very interested in flipping houses but the only thing I know about it is what I see on TV. My husband and I have no money, he works full time and I am a full time student with a part time job. We own our home but we would really like to buy a house that needs some cosmetic repairs and flip it but we are clueless on how to get the money to achieve this goal. Do we just get a loan? If we get a mortgage on the house then we will have two house notes and still need money for the work on the house so I am baffled. Can someone please clarify how people go about dependability this?

Can this still be profitable in today’s market? I am located in sacramento, CA. Me and a few investors/friends of mine are interested in buying a house to flip and resell. We have done a lot of research, and believe we can get a excellent deal on a house needing fixing. But is anyone making any money flipping houses in today’s market? Thanks!

who is responsible in paying property taxes on a house that you flip and maybe sell within 4 or 5 months.Husband and I really are thought of getting into it and are trying to get as much info as possible. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Also, what are ALL the fees and costs involved in buying a house to flip. I know the basics of renovations, but I just need to know the fees and costs involved in BUYING a home. I also know that once you place a down payment on a home, you just have to pay monthly payments until you sell the “flipped house”. So, just tell me ALL the costs and fees involved and how long it will take to complete the entire process. THANK YOU!
