How would I go about getting financing to purchase a home to flip? Could I get a home loan with a mortgage, like if I were going to live in the house? And if so, after I sell the house and make the profit, what happens with the mortgage? Would the buyer take over what I’ve already gotten?

If I buy a house for 150000 and get a 30 year fixed mortgage. let’s say that I would pay around $900 per month. okay now it’s been 2 months and i flipped it and want to sell it. How do i do it if i havent finished paying it off?
