Can I buy a foreclosure house and flip it with no credit.?
I don’t even have a credit score. My wife score is a 580, what I want to know is can we buy a low-cost foreclosure house and flip it for a small profit. Please let me know if thats posible.
I highly doubt it. First you would need to have a house in mind, then call your local banks and see if you would be able to get financing. Tell them your plans. Also check with your local credit union, they can help when banks can’t or won’t.
sure anythings possible. You’ll probably lose all your money and be in a fantastic deal of debt and end up divorcing your wife because of all the stress. But go ahead and try.
