Looking to use a property management company to help us rent out our house… looking for a reputable company w/a good history.
I’m a Sacramento renter, our property manager is Steve at IPM and he’s great. www.ipmrents.com. I’ve had bad experiences with Homepointe and CGA, I’d avoid them.
