I am looking to rent my house out and need referrals to a excellent reasonably priced management firm.
From a tenant perspective, I used to rent a condo through Gassen property management. The company is located just off Bush Lake Rd by 494. They handled requests efficiently, they managing rent payments, maintenance requests, and were polite and respectful.
