		<description>Technically, no, but it is probably likely that they did attempt to serve her and she either did not pick up the letter or answer the process server.  She could hire an attorney and appeal the order on the basis of no service, but that will only give the management company her new address and a way to give her proper service, so they can go at it again.

If the underlying bill debt that is causing this judgement is incorrect, that is what she needs to figh.  If she legitimately owes the money there isn&#039;t a lot she can do.</description>

Heck, if that worked (hiding out) I&#039;d be living in an RV somewhere right now, and getting ready to move again after breakfast.

-EDIT-  If she feels that the service of process rules were NOT followed then she can appeal the judgment and perhaps have it reversed, but this will require an attorney and then they&#039;ll just resubmit the claim and do it right the second time.</description>
